Ashland, ME – FT/Nights – Permanent Opportunity

Job Description:

Immediate openings for Equipment Operators in Ashland. Excellent pay and a benefits package that includes PTO, 401k with company match, and health, dental and life insurance. Full-Time/Nights; 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday – Friday; $22.00 – $24.00/hr.

The Equipment Operator will control a variety of motorized equipment, including front loaders, excavators, and cranes, to move materials and debris around the job site. Employee will also assist with routine cleaning and manual labor as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maneuver motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
• Use equipment to collect and remove large piles of debris from the work area.
• Notify site supervisor when equipment requires upgrades, maintenance, or repairs.
• Assist coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety protocols as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.

Schedule: Full-Time/Nights; 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hr.
