Presque Isle, ME – FT/Days or Nights – Permanent Opportunity

Job Description:

Immediate openings for Machine Operators in Presque Isle to work for a well-established manufacturer. Great entry-level opportunity – previous experience helpful, but not required. Full-time/Days; 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Full-Time/Nights; 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM; $14.00 – $15.00/hr.

The Machine Operator will work to meet daily production goals and manufacture quality products that meet facility standards. Employees will be required to perform basic maintenance on production equipment and troubleshoot simple mechanical fixes, as well as complete and review quality/production paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Meet regular production quotas.
• Manufacture excellent products that fit quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintain production line equipment – troubleshoot simple mechanical fixes as needed.
• Submit regular production/quality reports to supervisor.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines as directed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and climb under and on top of machinery to perform adjustments.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.

Schedule: Full-time/Days; 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Full-Time/Nights; 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00/hr.
