The ideal candidate will be a person in long-term recovery, or an individual who abstains from the use of any substances at all times. Individuals receiving MAT are welcome to apply. Cannabis use is not permitted. This is a VOLUNTEER position, in exchange for free residency in the home, which includes WiFi, electricity, water, heat. You are permitted to work your own paid job while performing this one and living at the home, if you wish.

Required training: CPR/First Aid certified, trained in Naloxone Administration

Reports to the Owner/Operator
Monitors activities, services, and residents of the house. Ensures house policies, procedures, and practices are in place and observed to reinforce the house mission. Reports any/all incidents immediately to owner/operator.
Maintains resident confidentiality and privacy. Demonstrates ethical behavior to earn resident trust.
Guided by house policies and procedures.
May also at times facilitate the waiting list, administer pre-admission interviews, and screen resident applications for appropriateness.
Perform resident admission protocol.
Assist residents with medication protocol.
Resident drug testing and breathalyzer service screening and documentation.
Facilitate scheduled classes and activities.
o     House meeting/guided group discussion

o     Recovery capital measurement

o     Perform or arrange for urine drug screen or cheek swab

o     Perform or arrange for breathalyzer test

o     MAR-Medication Assisted Recovery self-administration observation

Performs all duties as assigned by the Owner/Operator.
